Plastic Injection Molding is a rather new specialty we entered into about 5 years ago. For decades we have been building equipment for the plastic molders in our area, so it seemed only natural that we should try our hand at learning this process.

With a proprietary item in mind we began molding and have since brought 4 more products to market using parts we molded. We market these unique products through our OnLine Store.

We will be glad to quote on short run or prototype parts. For these type of parts we will build an inexpensive mold. If your volume is higher we will build a mold suitable for your requirements.

With our 3D Cad/Cam software it is easy for us to create the needed shapes and programs for making the molds in-house.

Once the design work is done, we then carve the molds out on our CNC Milling Machines.

Our press has a 75-ton capacity with a 4 ounce shot size, so we mold small parts only.
